2. Data processing on this website

The collected data is not transferred. However, we reserve the right to retrospectively check the server log files should there be any concrete evidence point to unlawful use.

3. Contact

The personal information you provide will only be used by MMFA to contact you or reply to your request, and will be stored and processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required.

The legal basis for processing data is our legitimate interest in responding to your request in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point f of the GDPR. If your contact is aimed at concluding a contract with MMFA, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) point b of the GDPR. Your data will be deleted after final processing of your request; unless we are required by law to keep them.
