MMFA expands its membership with XPFoam

Brussels, 25 June 2025 – MMFA, the Multilayer Modular Flooring Association, warmly welcomes its new associate member, XPFoam.

The President of MMFA Jan Dossche (COREtec® Floors) praised the new addition: “We are pleased to welcome XPFoam to the MMFA community. Their experience in foam solutions and forward-thinking approach when it comes to innovation and circularity will be a valuable asset as we continue to drive the multilayer modular flooring sector in a sustainable direction.”

Michael Mayer, Managing Director at XPFoam said “As a company with deep industry roots and a clear focus on innovation, we are proud to join the MMFA. We focus on high-performance underlay products, developed in close collaboration with our customers. With over 45 million square metres annual capacity and state-of-the-art production lines, we aim to contribute to the MMFA’s mission through reliably high-quality and application-driven solutions for the European flooring industry.”

XPFoam is a producer of technical foam sheets tailored to the needs of the flooring industry, e.g., large-format foam rolls for inline pad-application, accessory products like folding panels and insulation underlays operating under the brand XP:CellPad. Their manufacturing facility is located in Leutkirch, a town in south Germany. It spans 40,000 square meters, containing multiple production lines, an on-site testing lab and an in-house recycling system that allows for a closed material cycle that reuses production waste.

With the addition of XPFoam, the MMFA now has 31 ordinary members (producers of MMF flooring or their European representations), 27 associate members (supplier companies) and four supporting members (scientific institutes).
